UGH!!

Doing everything I'm supposed to do and I gained weight this week. :( I exercised regularly (definitely need to increase it to more than 4 days obviously); I journaled everything eaten (including my 20 point crab sandwich yesterday and 21 point breakfast on Saturday). I drank water (altho truthfully that faltered on the weekend. And I went to Weight Watchers.

What I learned is I can't eat all my weekly and/or activity points. And I need to gin up the exercise. Despite the set-back on the scale, I'm still marching forward. This week I'm giving up alcohol. And getting water in ... even on the weekend.

Dont get down on yourself!! It WILL catch up with you! I had a week like that where I worked my ass off and only lost .4. The next week I dropped 2.4!!! It WILL catch up! Keep up the good work!

I also am stuck in a rut with the weight thing and feel that if I get other stuff in order, the weight will be less of an issue :)
